Peeriosity was created in 2009 with the goal of building a community for Shared Service professionals, where hundreds of participating companies can collaborate on the best practices within their industries. They came to Comentum with a clear technical vision and a need for a team of programmers and designers to enhance and execute their concept.

Comentum worked closely with Peeriosity to build and launch peeriosity.com in 9 months, and since then the site has exploded in popularity. It is currently used by Fortune 500 companies such as General Mills, The Walt Disney Company, Microsoft, Intel, and more. The site harnesses the leading best practice research to provide a complex corporate social networking and collaboration system, with features similar to Facebook and LinkedIN.

Phamatech, Inc

Phamatech is a SAMHSA certified, California Clinical and CLIA certified laboratory providing state-of-the-art laboratory testing, and a global provider of one-step screening diagnostic products. Phamatech was founded in 1991 by a small group of dedicated scientists and business executives, and has grown steadily over the years to become a major provider of rapid medical diagnostic devices for home healthcare and clinical settings worldwide.

Comentum has provided internet technology solutions for Phamatech since 1996. Comentum has built complex data-driven applications for multiple drug analysis projects over the years for Phamatech, including lab result reporting, drug test scheduling, urine toxicology analysis, and real-time data integration and delivery.

Mindquire

MindQuire is a company started by Roberto Figueroa, a psychotherapist from Las Vegas, NV who wanted to improve the mental health of people around the world by helping the therapist-client relationship succeed through technology. He came to Comentum with a vision that would allow patients to engage in fun, therapeutic activities and allow therapists to monitor their progress.

Comentum designed and built the MindQuire system over a period of six months and launched in 2012 to great reviews. Therapists love being able to offer this service to their patients, and anyone interested can search the registry of MindQuire-registered Therapists.

Optilife

Optilife was founded in 2012 with a vision to build a social network that challenges its users to improve their well-being by completing daily challenges scientifically proven to boost emotional well-being, build psychological capital and increase positive affectivity. Optilife's founders are educated in the latest research by the leading psychologists and neuroscientists, and they were excited about the opportunity to utilize those principles to improve and broaden the well being of people around the world.

Comentum worked closely with the Optilife team on a 3 month development schedule to deliver the project, which launched in November 2013. The advanced social network targets is built for corporations who want to enhance the effectiveness and performance of their organization by boosting emotional well-being, building psychological capital and increasing positive affectivity.

Road Runner

Road Runner Sports is the World's Largest Running Store, with locations across the country. They have a large passionate customer base, and they created a concept to reward their VIP customers by showing their "Name in Lights" when the customer enters a store. Using a mobile app, the customer can press a button when they enter the store which triggers a large VIP television to display the customer's name with a Welcome message.

Road Runner contacted Comentum to complete this project, which involved interacting with Road Runner's existing CMS system and building a friendly, easy-to-use App for customers. The App also allows customers to retrieve their VIP barcode for easy checkouts at the register. The App is set to launch in early 2014 and will roll out to store locations throughout the year.

LabSecure

The owners of Lab Secure came to Comentum in 2011 looking to build a web application that accepts drug test results from toxicology labs and uses advanced algorithms to identify results that are expected or not expected. This is a large step forward in the toxicology industry - most results from toxicology labs must be interpreted by physicians in order to translate the results in &human language&. The web application was designed to help physicians and patients engage using clean, understandable reports from the proprietary Lab Secure system.

Comentum built the Lab Secure system using the highest possible data security standards for medical data, and working closely with Lab Secure, have launched a secure portal for managing and reporting toxicology results for the medical industry. Doctors and staff can log in and review specific patient results, along with trending results to evaluate progress over time. The application is coded with security in mind, so that users are only permitted to see data appropriate for them, and high-level users have administrative capabilities unavailable to lower-lever users. A mobile App is also in development, to be launched early 2014.

Tracy's Closet

The founders of Tracy's Closet had a simple vision: To provide a platform for women to share clothing and earn rewards. Using their marketing and entrepreneurial experience, Tracy's Closet had a goal to go from concept to robust web platform in 6 months, and develop a trendy, fashionable, and addictive site for women.

Tracy's Closet came to Comentum to draw upon their social networking experience in order to create an outstanding web platform. The website launched in April 2013 and has gained over 9,000 members and a tremendous reaction. Members are able to upload photos of their gently-used clothing and sell it to other members, which provides them with point-based currency to spend on the site. Members can also download the Tracy's Closet App to easily add items to their closets. The activity on the site is going viral and it has been wonderful to help it to succeed.

Evolution Nutrition

The owners of Evolution Nutrition came to Comentum with a problem - they had spent lots of time and money working with an over-seas developer, and the web application was in disarray. It is an advanced application that allows fitness professionals and nutritionists to manage their clients' eating habits, exercise routines and overall progress. Evolution Nutrition required a programming team to evaluate the codebase, provide a report of their findings, and take over development to get ready for launch within 3 months.

Comentum was able to rebuild the code that was poorly executed, which required refactoring the core foundation and database of the application. The site launched in 2010 and has been a hit. Corporations can customize the interface with their own branding and colors. Professional dietitians love that they can deliver personalized meal plans in minutes instead of hours, and the advanced database of foods and detailed record keeping lets them do all of their work in one place. A mobile App also allows users to stay connected from anywhere.

Goal Reports

Goal Reports was founded in 2012 by Jerome Samuels (former professional soccer player and now a UEFA "A" & USSF "A" license coach) with the mission to use technology to help individuals, teams, clubs, and associations effectively manage the performance of players and coaches. Jerome works with coaches and players every day to improve their player development model, and saw an opportunity to bring them together in a way that would help everyone at once with a single unifying web application.

Goal Reports was clearly outlined by Jerome, who needed guidance on crafting clean, user-friendly interfaces and ecommerce architecture. Working together, Comentum and Goal Reports spent 6 months creating an online application that acts as an online report card system for soccer. Goal Reports makes it easy for their customers to generate soccer evaluations, game reports, performance targets & benchmarks and a development syllabus in as little as 3 minutes each. In addition, the Goal Reports Performance Clock feature automatically compiles the player evaluations, performance target & benchmarks and game reports data and provides a complete performance history of each player online. The application is also mobile-friendly for coaches to easily create evaluations from anywhere.
